Air Conditioning System

• Inspect and clean condenser coils
• Inspect and clean blower wheels
• Check refrigerant charge
• Replace standard air filters
• Lubricate motors and bearings
• Check and calibrate thermostat
• Inspect and test controls and safeties
• Check condensate drain
• Take temperatures and pressures

Heat Pumps

• Check gal line from the furnace shut-off valve to the burners
