Here at J & P we rely on a team approach with our commercial customer. We feel that working together we can make your tenants and your customers comfortable and happy.

We work with Custom Builders and Designers to come up with the best and most cost effective way to put in your heating and air conditioning system. Because we have our own sheet metal shop we can create custom duct work with a very short turn around time. We just completed a 150 unit change out in an apartment complex in Washington, DC. 

Once we install a unit or repair an existing unit we want to make sure that it is working at its most efficient. By signing up for one of our maintenance contracts we will check the unit periodically and perform any maintenance needed.
